History

Diponegoro University’s Doctor of Law Program was held in 1995 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 207 / DIKTI / Kep. / 1995 concerning the Establishment of a Doctor of Law Program at Diponegoro University. Implementation of the Doctoral Program was extended by the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education of the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 03 / DIKTI / Kep / 2010 concerning the Granting of Mandates to Higher Education Leaders Organized by the Government to Evaluate and Sign Decree Extension of Study Program Permits in Higher Education Environments Concerned.

In 2010 the Doctor of Law Program had an accreditation rating of “A” based on the decision of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) Number 008 / BAN-PT / Ak-IX / S3 / 2010, and again won the accreditation title “A” after re-accreditation in 2015 based on the decision of BAN-PT Number 1161 / SK / BAN-PT / Akred / D / XI / 2015.
