DETERMINATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTRATION OF DIPONEGORO UNIVERSITY STUDENTS EVEN SEMESTER OF ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024
Based on Undip Chancellor’s Decree Number 152/UN7.A/HK/IV/2023 dated April 26 2023 concerning
Diponegoro University Academic Calendar for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, here are the registration procedures
administrative for old students:
Payment of education fees on January 2 s.d. February 3, 2024
Register on January 3 s.d. February 4, 2024 and Filling in Filling
Study Plan (IRS) on January 4 to February 5, 2024 online on the page
https://sso.undip.ac.id/.
Students who were absent during the odd semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year and want to be active again
in the even semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year, you must submit a Letter of Permission to Attend Lectures
Return from the Dean of the Faculty
Based on the Academic Regulations for Education at Diponegoro University, students who
absent for 2 consecutive semesters and/or 4 semesters non-consecutively
declared to have lost their status as a student so that termination of the relationship can be proposed
studies by related Faculties/Schools
